A year has almost passed and we survived yet another winter here in Portland...
and again we are gearing up for a great big sheeooooooowah!

Having been a musician, as well as a collector/builder of musical gears for over 30 years. I knew that without a doubt I could not only revive the guitar show Portland had been missing, but even more so improve on it. The 2007 P.G.S.S. was a "good one" over 700 attended and I only expect more from the vendors and the new ideas allowed by the new location. The show has been moved from the previous year/s and moved to Lents Masonic Lodge. If you went to last years show I hope you had fun. I saw a lot of great gear being bought and carried out the front door! Again another opportunity that only comes once a year! And we will make the best of it!

We are happy to announce that we have secured the Lents Masonic Lodge for this years show. This location is only a minutes away from the previous years location. We'll have plenty of vendors as we did last year. Mesa Boogie amps hopes to be there again this year. We hope to encourage some other amp company's to come to this years show also. If you are a boutique amp builder. I'll see you all there.

New gear, old gear, vintage gear, affordable gear, expensive
gear, parts and more, you will find something at the Second annual "Portland Guitar Show & Swapmeet" that you have been searching for. Parts for vintage guitars and amps are always welcome. These have been really sought after in the last few years. If you have vintage parts for Popular Vintage gear then you will want to bring it, as a vendor or an attendee. Very Hot Items!

As with most all other guitar shows out there we also encourage you bring in gear you want to sell. Not a way around renting a vendor space, but a way for you to bring in a couple of items that you know that the vendors want to take a look and and buy from you. This will give you an opportunity to trade or just to get some extra cash. Then purchase some other items you want at the show. We will be checking in and outthe gear you bring. So only bring in a couple of items/guitars/effects/amps. Bring in all the parts and effects you want to sell.
"Make sure you bring it all, the good, the bad, & the ugly. Vendors are always looking for gear to buy. Please bring what you have, even broken guitars, amps, and other musical instruments and gear like speakers as there will be people there who want to find projects to fix and re-sell, as well as others who just want to find the "Parts" .

A few show give aways are planned.
