Portland Guitar Show & Swapmeet Vendors

On June 29th, 2008, The second annual Portland Guitar Show & Swapmeet will take place. The show is booked at Lents Masonic Lodge in Portland Oregon Just north of last years location. With the new location we have a better way of controlling the volume of the electric amps that some of us really like to turn up and play a little rock-roll-music.

Lents lodge will allow quiet and noisy people to co-habitate (urban dictionary) with two rooms available, one normal volume room and one loud room. Be sure to mention which room you want when securing your booth. We do have limited space, so contact us early so you get the room you want.

(just miles south east of the Beautiful city of Portland, Oregon).

 

IMPORTANT VENDOR ANNOUNCEMENTS!

• Sponsorship time is running out for the Show, Posters and Handbills.
Final reservation & materials are due so get them in NOW!

* Hanging Vinyl Banners (for day of show) and web banner ads
will be available until the day of the show.

• Vendors need to write Sales Receipts for ALL SALES period!
No items will be able to leave the show without proof of purchase.
* yes, this is a pain, but it is for your protection as much as the patron.

• Booths are limited to 2 free entry passes. All additional passes require
standard entrance fee regardless of how many tables you've purchased.
We did have a problem with this last year, so if you want to go around buying a VIP
or a booth then you have been warned, we don't like it.
* if you ABSOLUTELY require more helpers, please talk to us and maybe
we can work something out. We're not trying to be anal about this, just logical given the amount of people who passed their vendor passes on to friends, gear poachers, etc.

• All people at the Vendor tables must wear their event bracelet / id.
If you do not have this, you will be required to pay. No exceptions!

 

We are planing on selling some snacks and good hot dogs/salads, coffee and sodie pop, there are local restaurants in the near local area.

* Tables are first come first served. If you are desiring multiple tables, get in touch, as their might be a possible
limit to how many tables any one vendor can purchase, depending on the demand.


TABLE RENTALS INCLUDE: One table and might vary in length apx. 6-8 ft. w/ two (2) chairs (more chairs might be available, but are not guaranteed). Each space does not come with close electrical hook up/ access - BUT if you really need electic then you have to state this at the time you purchase your table space/s. please bring your own extension cords and power strips (50-100 feet). We will try and have you who have to have electric, Like the second room on ground floor and the "Sound Pressure" room you will have access to electricity with your table space. Please bring your electric cables and power strips.

* This price includes the basic typesetting and setup of a text or banner ad (putting your logo/ slogan, choice of font and color together in the ad, with a link to your company). If you want an animated ad, feel free to contact our webmaster for his rates at: Caleb@bootcoregrafix.com . Even better, supply your own art ready to go! Banners can be Animated or Stagnant, just as long as they conform to the size restrictions. If you are close but not quite at the right file size, we might be able to still make the ad work. The actual dimensions (Ex: 330 x 80 Pixels) is more important than file size, so that all ads are uniform, both for fairness and aesthetic's sake.
